Francesco Pompedda has expertise in designing and evaluating training programs in Investigative Interviews of Children. Especially he developed the first training program in the world that utilises avatars with response algorithms. His research interests are related to the utilization of serious gaming in training and learning, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive and Social mechanisms that influence training and learning, and legal/forensic psychological topics. When he is not working you can find him playing football, chatting with someone about the most disparate topics, or travelling.
