Practical Guidelines for Presentations

Oral presentations are grouped into thematic parallel sessions. The practical guidelines for presenters in parallel sessions are the following:

• Each session has a chairperson and includes 3 or 4 presentations
• The time allocated for each presenter is 20 minutes in total. Recommended time for presentation is 12 minutes and additional 8 minutes for audience discussion and questions
• Please bring your presentation with an USB memory stick. Upload it to the desktop of the seminar room’s computer before the session begins
• Each seminar room has conference staff to help you in any questions
• Equipment provided in the seminar rooms: Computer connected to an LCD projector, podium with microphone.
