Walking Tour

Join a guided walking tour in the historic Turku. The tour takes place in the close approximity of the University campus and leades you to the pre-conference and welcoming ceremony.

The tour will start and finnish at the university main building.

Welcome Reception

Join the Welcome Reception and meet other conference participants in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Enjoy light refreshments, connect with colleagues, and kick off the conference with engaging conversations and networking.

Welcome receptions starts after the pre-conference at the university main building, same location as where the pre-conference is held.

Conference Dinner

Join us for the Conference Dinner, an evening of great company and networking in a unique setting in Hotel Hamburger Börs. This Art Noveau -style hotel was originally opened in 1909 by the Market Square in the centre of Turku. The original hotel building, which had 14 rooms, still exists, with a modern “extension from 2021.
