Esther Mbih has expertise in policy evaluation and behavioral economics. Her research interests are related to jobseekers’ decision process. Especially, she was involved in the implementation of a randomized controlled trial studying how their probability to find a job depends on the information they have about the labor market. She collaborates with the French Public Employment Agency and international researchers to improve services available to jobseekers. When she is not working, you can find her practicing ballet or enjoying outdoor activities.
