DPInvest educates specialists on inequalities, interventions and new welfare state. The application period is 29 August–16 September 2022.
Doctoral programme on Inequalities, Interventions and New Welfare State (DPInvest) is a cross- disciplinary, international PhD programme aimed at educating specialists on these topics in social and behavioural sciences. It includes three disciplines: child psychiatry, psychology and sociology. The candidates of the programme pursue studies either in the Faculty of Social Sciences or in the Faculty of Medicine.
DPInvest is part of the University of Turku Graduate School (UTUGS). It is located in the INVEST Research Flagship Center and utilizes its world-class social and behavioural scientists for teaching and supervising students.
The application period is 29 August–16 September 2022. You can apply for a right to study for a doctoral degree or a fixed-term Doctoral Researcher position under an employment contract. The language of the programme is English.
INVEST Research Flagship Center aims at increasing wellbeing of Finnish society during childhood, youth and early adulthood and preventing psychosocial risks compromising such development through innovative interventions.
