Join a guided walking tour in the historic Turku. The tour takes place in the close approximity of the University campus and leades you to the pre-conference and welcoming ceremony.

Join the Welcome Reception and meet other conference participants in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Enjoy light refreshments, connect with colleagues, and kick off the conference with engaging conversations and networking.

Conference Dinner

Join us for the Conference Dinner, an evening of great company and networking in a unique setting in Hotel Hamburger Börs. This Art Noveau -style hotel was originally opened in 1909 by the Market Square in the centre of Turku. The original hotel building, which had 14 rooms, still exists, with a modern “extension from 2021.
